HOW WE HELP
Documents we can help notarize
- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Acknowledgments on eligible personal and business documents
- Travel-consent and parental-permission forms
- Powers of attorney and property-related documents, when the requested notarial act is permitted
- School, employment, vehicle, and other forms requiring an authorized notarial act
These are examples. The document, requested act, signer, and circumstances must meet applicable requirements.
WE CAN COME TO YOU
Mobile notary, by appointment.
Request a visit to your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another agreed location in New York City. Share the borough, location, number of signers, and preferred time so we can confirm availability and travel arrangements.
For hospitals and care facilities, confirm visitor access and make sure the signer can participate willingly. Scheduling a visit does not guarantee that a notarization can be completed if the required conditions are not met.

How it works
Request an appointment
Tell us the document type, number of signers, your location, and preferred date and time. Do not send sensitive document details in the general inquiry.
Confirm the arrangements
We confirm availability, the meeting location, identification requirements, and applicable charges.
Meet the notary
The notary checks identity and willingness, and administers the required acknowledgment, oath, or affirmation.
Complete and collect
After the permitted act, the notary completes the certificate. Keep your documents and deliver them according to the recipient’s instructions.
Ready for the next step?
Notarization does not confirm that a document is legally valid or guarantee its acceptance. We do not choose a legal form or notarial act for you, give legal advice, or certify copies of vital records. Ask the document recipient or an attorney when instructions are unclear.
